A plate of nasi lemak with a piece of fried chicken,some sambal sotong,fried fish,ham,and fried egg and a little bit of zucchini may look delicious, healthy and difficult to resist but there are actually many bad things about it.A plate of nasi lemak full of food is 665 calories! Can you imagine that? Humans can only consume around 1500 calories per day but a plate of nasi lemak will destroy your lifestyle.That means you can only eat around 900 calories of food after consuming it.
